The following Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (the "Customer") and [your store name] ("We") regarding orders placed under the cash on delivery model.

Definition of Cash on Delivery

The term "cash on delivery" refers to the business model where the Customer makes payment for the product or service at the time of receipt.

 

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must be present and available at the provided address to receive the product and make the corresponding payment. If unavailable after certain delivery attempts, additional charges may apply, or the order may be canceled.

 

Cash on Delivery Payment Methods

We only accept cash. It is the Customer's responsibility to have the exact amount for payment.

 

Payment Default

If the Customer fails to make payment or does not have the exact amount, the product will be returned, and an additional charge for shipping and handling costs will be incurred.

 

Return Policy

Once payment has been made and the product received, the Customer may request a return within 7 days, provided the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

 

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the non-delivery of the product due to issues with the courier service or the Customer's unavailability, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

Changes to the Order

The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the city from which you place your order. We are not responsible for the non-delivery of the product due to problems with the courier service or the Customer's unavailability, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

 

Messenger Information

The messenger making the delivery will clearly identify themselves as a delivery person associated with our store. We recommend that our customers, for security reasons, only receive products if the messenger identifies themselves properly.
